What are your hours?Xcel Delivery Services is opened 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You will always reach a live dispatcher. All of our drivers are available on 2-way radios and you can reach us anytime at 520-408-7200.
How do I place an order?You can call us at 520-408-7200. After you have set up an account with us you can reach us via the internet at
https://www.dynamex.com/dxnow4/Xcel/login.jsp. The website accepts orders 24/7 but for urgent orders placed after regular business hours (M-F 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM) we ask that you call and alert us also.
Can I track my order and how do I find out who signed for it?You can visit
https://www.dynamex.com/dxnow4/Xcel/login.jsp and enter in the job number for complete tracking from start to finish. This will also show you the person who signed for your package.
What methods of payment do you accept?We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, check, and cash.
Are there any weight or size restrictions on packages?We can deliver anything from an envelope to truckload.
What items will you not deliver?Cash, jewelry, guns, any illegal substances and certain HAZMAT items. Please call us if uncertain.
What information do you need to know to deliver my package?Besides delivery or pickup address, please provide us with an approximate size, weight, and number of packages.
How do you handle billing?The majority of our customers we bill monthly and certain customers we keep credit card on file or they pay as they go.
