This event, hosted by the Arizona Oncology Foundation with Xcel Delivery as an Event Sponsor, will donate all of its proceeds to support people who are affected by cancer in the area. Here is a closer look at the event and how you can get involved.
Festival of Trees and Lights Event
This event will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2020, at 6 p.m. at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort at 700 Resort Drive in Tucson. Each ticket includes dinner, live music, dancing, drinks, a champagne toast, and a live, silent auction. The space will be filled with live, decorated trees that will be auctioned off throughout the evening. All guests will also receive a swag bag filled with gifts from sponsors throughout the area. Thanks to the generous donations from local businesses, the Arizona Oncology Foundation can use all proceeds to help those in need dealing with a cancer diagnosis right here in the Tucson community and beyond. Tickets for the event are $100 per person.
COVID Safety Information
The guest count will be limited for the event, and all guests will be assigned to socially distanced tables. Guests will only be seated with the people with whom they purchase tickets—no additional guests will be added to any table without a special request. The maximum table size is eight guests. Tables as small as two guests will be available.
For those who do not wish to attend an in-person event but still want to support the cause and take part in the auction can attend the virtual version of the festival. Anyone who purchases a ticket to the virtual event will receive a goodie bag by December 4th that is filled with wine and snacks for the evening.
